Domino's Pizza

Order wasn't ready on time even though I waited an extra 10 min after I got the notification that it was ready but they definitely hooked my food up & it was delicious.

We placed the order online and waited patiently for the tracker to move at all, and nothing. Finally after AN HOUR I got impatient since it still said that my food was in the Prep stage. First time I called I immediately got hung up on, and then the second time I got put on hold right away. After the guy got back to the phone, I asked him if he could check on my order, since it had been an hour since we placed it online. He said there were still two orders ahead of us, which meant nothing to me in terms of time. I asked how much longer that would take, and he said another half an hour to forty-five minutes longer. I could have easily gone someplace and gotten food in that time! We just thought delivery pizza would be easier.So I asked if we could just cancel the order, and he said yeah and then hung up on me. Looks like it's just Papa Murphy's for us from now on!

Great phone customer service and very nice when having an issue

First time I ordered a pizza, it showed up way late and I ended up getting a free pizza credited to my account. I order the pizza and it goes all the way to quality check and stops there never showing up. I call the store they answer real quick and tell you to hold and click off but never come back to the line. Finally showed up but was cold. Honestly, they just need to shut this location down, it gives “domino’s” as a company a bad rep.. just saying

0 Stars!! I ordered my food at 8:00pm a sandwich and some wings. The tracker said they started prepping at 8:07pm out the oven at 8:39pm and it stops there. So at 9:26pm I called and after a long hold they finally answered and said oh he’s leaving with it now. I asked about my food being cold and the employee never offered a discount or an apology just said there wasn’t much he can do about it. So I live 6 minutes away from this Dominoes and it’s 9:45pm and I still don’t have my food!!! Never again!!!

Everytime I get my order something is wrong with it. The store is very quick on fixing it but literally everytime. You can never get ahold of the store on the phone.

Pleasantly surprised by how great this Domino's is. We just moved here, so this was my first visit. I placed my order, and left the house to pick it up, and it was ready when I got there! The store was spotlessly clean, and the employees were very polite and helpful! Great job! I don't review fast food places very often, but they totally deserve a good word!

They dont pick up the phone then when they do they put you on hold for a long time.They need to do better

We ordered 5 large pizzas none of them had crust all flat dough

The pizza hut in raytown is always fast, fresh, consistent and delicious. The staff is friendly too which I appreciate. Sorry we ate half the pizza before I thought about pics. One Thin crust and one Brooklyn crust (same size but 6 slices not 8 so you can fold em like New Yorkers do). Italian sausage, peppers, onions. Hella good

0 stars. Bank card charged twice, "manager" hung up on me, x 4, pretty sure he called me a bitc$, Order cancelled!! called Pizza Hut, very polite and helpful. Dominos General mgr Buffye Helsoe updated regarding her "managers" EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION/ SERVICE.

Took 20 min to make a sandwich smh ! Won’t be coming here anymore!!!

Almost all my pizzas are burnt. But today they missed cheese on all the pizza have two slices with only half cheese.

I just ordered 2 large pizzas from this location, and both of the pizzas where not what I ordered!!! Called back 3 times and was put on hold for 20min each time!!!! Then I get a we are sorry thmanager is busy making pizzas so I paid 37 dollars for food I couldn't even feed my kids!!!!

I’ve ordered carry out twice from this place and each time I’ve arrived and refused to pay or accept the order. Each time I’ve come in and quietly observed as each worker in direct contact with food preparation goin about he store touching the computer, going to the back, handling their phones, and general articles around the store without cleaning their hands in between or wearing gloves. I watched a young lady come out the back with money in her hand, proceed to the register then handle a customers food.

Broke my arm last Tuesday in a horrible car accident so when my family brought me home from the hospital Wednesday we thought it was going to be so convenient easy to put in an order for delivery as this is our favorite store and we normally just do carry out. However our order was late and all of our food was cold the cinnamon twists were hardly even edible they seem to be a bit overcooked and they were cold so they were hard as a rock the toppings were incorrect for both of the pasta dishes and the cheesy bread was hard and cold as well we've never received such poor service we will never be having delivery from the store again always do carry out
